The Browns came into the season hoping to have wide receiver Josh Gordon back in the lineup after he served a four-game suspension to open the year. That plan didn’t come to fruition after Gordon checked into a rehab facility in late September, leaving Gordon on the suspended list indefinitely.

On the eve of the 53-man roster deadline, the Chiefs and Cardinals have struck a trade. Cornerback Marcus Cooper has been sent to Arizona, with Kansas City getting an undisclosed draft pick in the exchange. The move has the potential to help both teams.

With training camp looming and his ruptured Achilles tendon apparently healed, running back Arian Foster will officially commence his search for a new team this week. PFT has confirmed that Foster will work out for the Dolphins on Monday. Later in the week, he’ll work out for the Lions.
